The Owner and Tenant hereby grant permission for the designated personnel of the Municipality to enter upon said property to make inspections, repairs and/or improvements as necessary to said property for the purpose of lead abatement along with the understanding that there will be no charge made to the tenant for either labor or materials as set forth in l0CFR 440.22.
