This membership agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into the date hereof between 151 Fifth Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 11423185 whose registered office is at 56 Cadogan Lane London SW1X 9DX (“LetsBab”) and [NAME OF BRAND] having an address of [BRAND’S ADDRESS] (hereinafter, the “Brand”, “you”).
