This warranty shall become effective upon TWI’s receipt of full payment for the order(s) listed on the back of this certificate or in the case of full pre-payment the effective date shall be the date installation is complete.

This warranty is extended to the original homeowner indentified in this warranty by the manufacturer. Subject to the terms and conditions put forth in this warranty, the manufacturer makes the following warranties to the origi- nal homeowner regarding the insulted glass panels of the replacement windows and patio doors installed on the property identified in this warranty.
