Cancer and Serious DiseaseLimited Benefit Contract • October 24th, 2024
This Plan has a 60-day Waiting Period. That means We will not pay Benefits for any services, supplies, or treatment until 60 days after the Effective Date of the Contract.
Variable Income PlanLimited Benefit Contract • October 24th, 2024
This fixed indemnity plan may pay You a limited dollar amount if You are sick or hospitalized. You are still responsible for paying the cost of Your care.
