THIS CONTRACT is entered into between Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast d/b/a CareerSource Research Coast, hereinafter referred to as the “BOARD” and Stockton Maintenance Group (SMG), hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR” for maintenance and cleaning services, as defined in the following Statement of Work for the period from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
