This Managed Services Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between ForgeRock Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 07227664 (“ForgeRock”), and the entity that has licensed from ForgeRock products and services (“Partner”) either directly or from an authorized reseller of ForgeRock products (“Authorized Reseller”).
