THIS MASTER CRUDE OIL PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 26, 2009, is made and entered into by and between CALUMET SHREVEPORT FUELS, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Customer”), and LEGACY RESOURCES CO., L.P., an Indiana limited partnership (“Supplier").
