In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants hereinafter contained in this Master JOC Agreement (hereinafter “Contract”), the Houston Independent School District of Harris County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, hereinafter called and referred to as “HISD” or “Owner”, and hereinafter called and referred to as the “Contractor”, have agreed, and by these presents do agree, as follows:
