This Master Maintenance Services Agreement (“Agreement”), shall be effective as dated on the signature line below (the “Effective Date”), and entered into by and between [TGCS Entity name] (“Toshiba” or “Servicer”), and [Customer name] , a [corporate location or other identifier] (“Customer” or “you”; each of Servicer and Customer, a “Party”, and together, the “Parties”).
