This Master Pooled Trust Agreement (“Agreement”), is made as of January, , 2012 by and among Labor & Industry For Education, Inc. (“LIFE”) a not-for-profit corporation having its principal place of business at 112 Spruce Street, Cedarhurst, NY 11516 (“Settlor”), LIFE as lead co-Trustee of the Trust (“Lead Trustee”), and, as specifically set forth herein, The Mass Mutual Trust Company, FSB as “Co-Trustee” of the trust having its principal place of business at 100 Bright Meadow Boulevard, Entfield, CT 06082-1981. Lead Trustee and Co-Trustee are hereafter referred to as “Trustee”.
