THIS MASTER SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, is dated as of the date of, in the case of any Evaluation Software (as defined in Section 16 below), the date of Customer’s acquisition of a license key, or in the case of any purchase of a license for use of the Licensed Software (as defined below), the date of the Purchase Order (as defined below) pursuant to which such license is purchased, is between Testmo Software GmbH, a private limited company organized under the laws of Germany (“Testmo”) and, in the case of any Evaluation Software, the customer to whom temporary licenses keys are delivered or, in the case of any purchase of a license for use of the Licensed Software, the customer set forth on the purchase order pursuant to which such license is purchased (in each case, herein “Customer”), and sets forth the terms and conditions whereby Testmo agrees to provide to Customer for a limited period of time and Customer agrees to acquire from Testmo one or more limited licens

These MASTER SAAS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (this “Agreement”) govern the access and use of software-based services and other services provided by PlagScan GmbH, a German limited liability company with offices located at Subbelrather Straße 15, 50823 Cologne, Germany (“PlagScan”).
