Maternity Leave Contract, Full-Time, 35 Hrs/Week (September 2017 - June 30, 2018) The Community Health Worker, a member of the interdisciplinary team, works with school aged youth and community partners to promote and protect the health of the population. Work involves planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion initiatives (such as tobacco use prevention) using a youth engagement approach, assisting with school-based immunization clinics and other projects as assigned.
