This Middle-Income Downpayment Assistance Program (“MDPA”) Portal User Agreement (“Portal User Agreement” or “Agreement”) governs the use of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (“Bank”) MDPA information sharing portal (“Portal”). By agreeing to this Agreement through submission of a Workspace Set-up Request form, the applicable Member agrees that it will be a “Portal User” for purposes of this Portal User Agreement and that all access to or other use of the Portal by the Portal User and its employees, directors, agents, and other representatives, including the Authorized Representative (as defined below), is subject to this Agreement.
