This Agreement is entered into between the participating units of local government “Parties” that execute this Agreement and adopt its terms and conditions as provided by law. This Agreement supersedes any and all prior Agreements and amendments to the Michigan Mutual Aid Box Alarm System Association Agreement.

This Agreement would serve to formalize the mutual aid that we already perform for and with our neighboring Fire Departments and would provide for aid to CFD should a significant catastrophe strike such that necessitates additional assistance. The Agreement itself is a standard Agreement used for all MABAS participation across the State. The requirements for insurance are below the city’s current policy levels.
