This NCA Non- Competing Continuation (NCC) Progress Report (hereafter referred to as the progress report), will award funding for the fiscal year (FY) 2018 budget period (July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019). Continued funding is based on program compliance, organizational capacity to accomplish the NCA project’s goals, Congressional appropriation, and a determination that continued funding would be in the best interest of the federal government.
