This Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Invention Agreement ("this Agreement") between Innovative Software Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Innovative”), The Web Channel Network, Inc., a Florida corporation wholly-owned by Innovative (“Web Channel”), and Robert W.
