THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement” or “Contract”) for the acquisition of miscellaneous office supplies (hereinafter “Office Supplies”) is made by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services (hereinafter “OGS” or “State”) with its principle place of business at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, 12242, acting pursuant to the authority granted under State Finance Law §163 and Staples Contract & Commercial Inc., (hereinafter “Contractor”) with offices at 21A Railroad Avenue, Albany, New York, 12205. OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.” The Contract shall be identified as PC66026.
