This Online Portal Open agreement (“the Agreement”) is dated entered into BETWEEN First Party: S Home Services an online service of the Company Latest On LLC (“the Company”) incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and Second Party: (“The Restaurant”), a service provider registered as per the Terms and Conditions of the website www.shomeservices.ae or the mobile applications (android and IOS platforms) and its registered office located , PO Box. incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. S Home Services and the Restaurant being sometimes referred to herein as the “parties” and each a “party”. WHEREAS a) S Home Services has a large number of Customer contacts in connection with its website and mobile application, who may be interested (“the Customer”) in purchasing (“Food”) from the Restaurant. b) The Restaurant is willing to pay S Home Services according to the terms of this Agreement and S Home Services is willing to provide with the )“Food Orders”( in return. c) The Food Delivery
