This Option Agreement for Development Assets and Development Project Companies (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of July 15, 2015, by and between TerraForm Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EMYC”), and Renova Energia S.A., a Brazilian sociedade anônima (S.A.)
