This Package Travel Contract, which must be complied with by both parties in the terms set out herein, is governed by the clauses contained in the General Conditions that comprise it, which complement and develop Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws and other provisions in force, as well as by the legal and regulatory standards relating to this matter in the corresponding territorial areas.

Provided that they are effectively agreed, the standard terms and conditions of business constitute part of the package travel contract concluded between the traveller and the travel organiser (RheinFit Sportakademie GmbH) in accordance with the statutory provisions of §§ 651 a to y of the German Civil Code (“BGB”) and Articles 20 and 252 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (“EGBGB”).

If validly is agreed upon, the below terms and conditions shall be included in the Package Hol- iday Contract between Client and SE-Tours GmbH (“Tour Operator”) as a supple- ment to the statutory provisions under sec. 651 a-y BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch [German Civil Code]) and those under Art. 250 and Art. 252 EGBGB (Einführungsgesetz zum BGB [Introductory Act to the German Civil Code]).
