This Amendment between PHSKC and the Recipient changes the referenced Agreement for the following purpose(s): Amend contract to add 2018 BLS Allocation ($1,373,745), 2018 BLS Core Services ($0.00), 2017/2018 BLS Training and QI/SI ($45,456), 2018 EMT Strategic Initiative (Not to exceed #110,000) and add language to allow for future allocations to be made for the 3 additional funding sources.
