MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING CITY OF HEMET ANDPolice Employees • September 5th, 2017
This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter "MOU") is entered into between the City of Hemet (hereinafter "City) and the Hemet Non-Sworn Police Employees Association (hereinafter "Association"), pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. This MOU shall be effective for the period from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020 and thereafter shall continue in effect year by-year unless one of the parties notifies the other in writing no later than March 31, 2020 of its request to modify, amend or terminate this MOU, or no later than March 31st of any year after 2020.
