The Association recognizes that the Board of Education of the Northwest R-I School District (hereinafter referred to as the "Board") has the responsibility, obligation and authority to manage and direct, on behalf of the public, all operations and activities of the school District both to the fullest extent authorized by law and in any manner or decision it shall deem appropriate limited only by that which is inconsistent with law or violate the provisions as set forth in this Agreement.
