JOB TITLE: Project Assistant TEAM/PROGRAMME: Sponsorship LOCATION: Cairo Office GRADE: 5 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed Term Agreement CHILD SAFEGUARDING: Level 3: the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff. ROLE PURPOSE: The Project Assistant will work closely with the operations team members to complete all administrative duties, ensure that all forms of correspondence including routine and non-routine correspondences are managed efficiently, reducing the stress of the excessive workload in peak times. The position holder will also contribute to enrollment drives data collection and entry either manual or electronic with expected travel to the field up to 15% of working time.
