This Project Labor Agreement ("PLA" or "Agreement") is entered into this 30th day of November, 2021, by and between the Illinois Capital Development Board ("CDB" or "Board") in its proprietary capacity, and each relevant Illinois AFL-CIO Building Trades signatory hereto as determined by the Illinois AFL-CIO Statewide Project Labor Agreement Committee on behalf of each of its affiliated members (individually and collectively, the "Unions").
