The use of “protection contracts” in Mexico to limit workers’ right to freedom of association and collective bargaining is an endemic practice that contravenes ILO’s Conventions 87 and 98 and FLA Workplace Code of Conduct and Monitoring Benchmarks.1

- salvage vessels from PMC will accompany to retrieve fallen vessels. At no cost must PMC be taken by the other party’s salvaging ships, but all other vessels are theirs to take. ( this means all your fallen ships are not allowed to be taken by us if you have been in battle but we are allowed to take all the other fallen vessels)
