This Agreement governs Providerʼs decision to participate in the FareHarbor Distribution Network (“FHDN”) and the FareHarbor Connect Program (“Connect Program”). Within this Agreement, the FHDN and the Connect Program are collectively referred to as the “Distribution Programs”.
