This Addendum is made to the Agreement for PsycArticles (“Agreement”) effective August 1, 2011, which was further amended by Agreement Amendment 8 effective August 1, 2020, by and between the American Psychological Association, a non-profit corporation with its principal office at 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242 ("APA"), and Jisc Services Limited (operating as Jisc Collections, Company Number 2881024), a wholly owned subsidiary company of Jisc limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at 4 Portwall Lane, Bristol BS1 6NB ("Licensee") (the two entities also referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
