These Purchase Order General Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Services (‘Terms and Conditions’) apply to all Purchase Orders, Service Agreements or any other document which is attached to or incorporated by reference in the Purchase Order or Service Agreement of these Terms and Conditions or in the provision of goods or services by an appointed Supplier to Coal Services Pty Limited and it’s controlled entities Coal Mines Insurance Pty Ltd and Mines Rescue Pty Limited (‘Coal Services’).
