This Rackspace Partner Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Rackspace Ltd (“we” or “Rackspace”) and the Partner who signs below (“you” or “Partner”). Each of Rackspace and the Partner may be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
