Included on the agenda of the August 28, 2007 Community Development Commission meeting is an Agreement between the City of Urbana and the Urban League of Champaign County Development Corporation. The purpose of this Agreement is to engage the Urban League to provide certain technical and advisory planning services that will assist the Grants Management Division with the delivery of its owner-occupied housing rehabilitation program.
