This Agreement to relinquish easements, covenants and restrictions (“Agreement”) is made this day of 2016, by and between North Beach Water Company, a Washington special purposes district operating under Title 57 of the Revised Codes of Washington, (RCW), ( hereinafter referred to as “North Beach” or Grantor) and Raymond Emond and Barbara Emond (referred to collectively as “Grantees ”) Grantor and Grantees are at times hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
