This contract is an agreement between Sam Houston State University (the “University”), a member of The Texas State University System, and an agency of the State of Texas, and the individual student (the “Resident”) who is identified via the MySam Housing Portal. This contract does not constitute a commitment of admission as a student to the University. This contract may be terminated only under the conditions specified herein. Before entering into this contract, the Resident (his or her parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years of age) are urged to carefully read this contract.
