Effective as of February 28, 2020 (the “Grant Date”), the subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. that employs you (the "Grantor") hereby allocates mutual fund shares (the "Investment Alternative(s)") to your account on a notional basis as indicated below (“2020 Upfront Restricted Fund Units”). The information contained in this acceptance screen (this “Grant Notice”) and in the attached Terms and Conditions (see link below) constitute this RFU Agreement in its entirety that governs your 2020 Upfront Restricted Fund Units.
