This Road Dedication and Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lehi City Corporation (“City”), Ridge Holdings, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Ridge”), and Lehi Pointe, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company (“Lehi Pointe”). This Agreement shall be binding and effective as of the date all Parties affix their respective signatures below (“Effective Date”). City, Ridge, and Lehi Pointe are sometimes referred to herein collectively as “Parties,” or individually as, a “Party.”
