THIS ROADS AND STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (the or this “Contract”) is effective the day of 2024, by and between, S. T. Wooten Corporation, a North Carolina corporation with its principal business offices located at 3801 Black Creek Rd SE, Wilson, NC 27893 (the “Contractor”), and the Town of Apex, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina, (the “Town”). Town and Contractor may collectively be referred to as “Parties” hereinafter.
