Agreement shall govern the relationship of the parties with regard to Partner’s acceptance, if applicable, in the RSA SecurWorld Program (as further defined below) (the “SecurWorld Program”). RSA reserves the right to limit acceptance to the SecurWorld Program. Partner is not a member of the SecurWorld Program and this Agreement shall not become binding until the date that RSA sends Partner notice of acceptance to the SecurWorld Program (the “Effective Date”). Such notice(s) will be sent to the email address and contact information provided by the Partner in the RSA SecurWorld Partner Registration Application.
