The purpose of the School-Parent Compact is to foster student achievement. By signing the School-Parent Compact, Carroll Oakland teachers agree to work together to share the responsibility of helping students meet or exceed state, district, and school academic goals. Jointly Developed Carroll Oakland administration, teachers, parents, students and community members contributed to the development of this compact. Parents and community representatives were present at a meeting to offer their ideas and suggestions to the writing of this compact.
