Second Supplemental Senior Notes Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of April 8, 2011 among Hawker Beechcraft Defense Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Hawker Beechcraft Holding, Inc., a Kansas corporation (each a “Guaranteeing Subsidiary” and together, the “Guaranteeing Subsidiaries”), Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Issuer”), Hawker Beechcraft Notes Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Co-Issuer” and, together with the Issuer, the “Company”), and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
