PLEASE READ THIS ANOMALO SELF-SERVICE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY ANOMALO, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION WITH OFFICES LOCATED AT 405 PRIMROSE RD STE 313 BURLINGAME, CA 94010 (“ANOMALO”). BY CLICKING THE “CONTINUE” BUTTON, THE ENTITY OR COMPANY THAT YOU REPRESENT (“COMPANY”) AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND A PARTY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. These online terms (“Terms”) are the Self-Service Wholesale Terms of Service, White Label Wholesale Terms of Service, or Self Service Agreement – Online Terms discussed in, and incorporated by reference into, the Self-Service Wholesale Agreement, White Label Wholesale Agreement, or Self-Service Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into between Sangoma US Inc. or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates (i.e. Star2Star Communications, LLC) (collectively, “Sangoma”) and the person or entity named in the Agreement (“You” and collectively with Sangoma the “Parties”) and represents the Parties agreement on certain important terms relating to the Agreement. These Terms should be read and understood in conjunction with the Agreement and those capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.

Self-Service is a web-based environment through which the bank provides services to the customer. Price list is information published on the bank’s website regarding the fee rates set by the bank for the services provided. The bank may make changes in the price list by giving the customer notice thereof at least one month in advance via its website and self-service (the change need not be given notice of if a new service is added or the price of the service is reduced).
