WHEREAS, City and Authority entered into that certain Agreement dated as of June 4, 2003, recorded July 22, 2003 in Official Records Book 35650, at Page 17 of the Public Records of Broward County; as amended by that certain First Amendment to Agreement dated February 19, 2008 (the “First Amendment’); as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Agreement dated September 17, 2009 (the “Second Amendment”); as further amended by that certain Third Amendment to Agreement dated July 27, 2011 (the “Third Amendment”); as further amended by that certain Fourth Amendment to Agreement dated October 8, 2013 (the “Fourth Amendment”); as further amended by that certain Fifth Amendment to Agreement dated August 20, 2019 (the “Fifth Amendment”); and as further amended by that certain Sixth Amendment to Agreement dated August 21, 2020 (the “Sixth Amendment”) (collectively the “Master Lease”); and
