This is an agreement between you, the end user, (hereafter referred to as “you”), and Jenish House Design Ltd (hereafter referred to as “JHDL”). By signing and returning this form, by mail, facsimile, or email you indicate that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
