This Statement of Work (SOW) is between Client Name and The Spill Teem, effective Date. This SOW is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement between the parties. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this SOW and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this SOW shall govern and prevail. This SOW between The Spill Teem and Client Name is subject to the terms and conditions specified below. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this SOW and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this SOW shall govern and prevail. If Client Name cancels the agreement after The Spill Teem has begun work, The Spill Teem is immediately entitled to a termination fee of $350.00.
