This agreement is made between Port Jervis City School District and the student (name) for the duration of the school calendar. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth terms and conditions, as well as standards and guidelines, for the acceptable uses of the Port Jervis City School Student Wi-Fi Service. The school district expects students to become familiar with individual and institutional responsibilities for the use of the district student Wi-Fi and also to protect its electronic information. By choosing to use student Wi-Fi service, the user agrees to abide by the Student Wi-Fi User Agreement (below}. All relevant School rules, regulations, and policies apply.
