BLOOMSBURY PUBLISHING PLC ("Licensor") and The University of California, San Diego ("Licensee"), having previously entered in a licence agreement date April 20, 2017 in respect of certain subscription and/or perpetual access works ("Agreement"), agree that any Bloomsbury Collection platform Ebooks purchased directly through Bloomsbury or via GOBI Library Solutions are hereby added to Schedule A of the Agreement as Perpetual Access Licensed Works (as defined under the Agreement), to be governed in all respects by the terms ofthe Agreement.This Addendum is effective as of January 16, 2020.
