THESE SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS shall modify the Terms and Conditions of the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager and Subcontractor, AIA Document Al33, 2019 Edition and A201 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, 2017 Edition. Where any article, paragraph, subparagraph or clause of the Standard Form of Agreement or General Conditions is modified or deleted by these Supplemental Conditions, the unaltered provisions of that article, paragraph, subparagraph, or clause shall remain in effect. If and to the extent these Supplemental Conditions are inconsistent with any of the other Contract Documents, these Supplemental Conditions shall control.
