Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act,1 Part 35 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission”) regulations,2 and Order No. 714 regarding electronic filing of tariff submittals,3 PacifiCorp hereby submits two agreements for filing: (1) a Surplus Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“SLGIA”) between PacifiCorp and Granite Mountain BESS East LLC (“Interconnection Customer”); and (2) an Energy Displacement Agreement between PacifiCorp, Granite Mountain BESS East LLC, and Granite Mountain Solar East, LLC (“Existing Generating Facility Interconnection Customer”), which is an appendix to the SLGIA.4 The SLGIA and Energy Displacement Agreement are designated as PacifiCorp Service Agreement No. 1110 under PacifiCorp’s Volume No. 11 Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”). The Parties request the Commission accept the SLGIA and Energy Displacement Agreement for filing with an effective date of April 16, 2024 (one day after filing).
