Staff from USD have been working with Teach for America (TFA) to develop a partnership which will permit corps members to pursue USD’s MA in EDAD/Pre-K-12 Principalship. USD has Board approval to deliver this program online so this is not an issue of concern.

Staff from the University of South Dakota have been working with Teach for America (TFA) to develop a partnership which will permit corps members to pursue USD’s MA in EDAD/Pre-K-12 Principalship. USD has Board approval to deliver this program online. However, since credit is being awarded for experiences offered by TFA, this is a jointly sponsored program. As such, Board Policy 5:3 establishes that Board approval is required.
