This Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Net:telecom Communications Services Ltd. ("Net:telecom") and the “Customer” as identified herein, for the provision of certain computer network services by Net:telecom, its corporate affiliates, and its suppliers. Such services may include Internet access, data communications, voice communications and telephony, and/or related professional services (the “Services”). This Agreement states the terms and conditions by which Net:telecom will deliver and Customer will receive Services. The specific services and/or products to be provided hereunder will be identified in one or more Order Form(s) and described in the Service Description(s) and Statement(s) of Work (if any). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and final acceptance by Net:telecom, each Order Form (with the attached Service Description and Statement of Work) will constitute a separate contract between the parties.
