This Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist positions will be one of six M&E positions to execute the M&E function of the HSSP and its four (4) components. There will be three (3) M&E Specialists and three (3) Project Officers – M&E. Each Project Officer M&E will be assigned to a Senior M&E Specialists and support the M&E function throughout the project cycle i.e. support the development of remaining concept notes to inform activity implementation, monitor and facilitate implementation of assigned activities and conduct assessment of completed activities.
